This privacy policy explains how Rent2Explore SARL collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of its customers.
It applies to all contact services (rental companies, guides, service providers) and to the sale of administrative documents (border permits, etc.) offered via the ountravela .com website.

• Payment data: processed via our service providers (Stripe, PayPal). Rent2Explore never has access to complete credit card numbers.

• process your reservation and referral requests,

• pass on your information to service providers (rental companies, guides, local authorities if necessary),

• manage the issuance of border permits or administrative documents,

• prevent fraud and ensure the security of our services,

Your data may be shared only with :

• third-party service providers (rental companies, guides, agencies) involved in your booking,

• the administrative partners required to issue permits,

• technical service providers (hosting, online payment).

• Sensitive documents (passports, visas, identity scans) are destroyed within 3 months of dispatch, once the service or permit has been issued.

• Rent2Explore’s service providers and partners apply the same rule of deletion within a maximum of 3 months.

• Invoicing and transaction data is kept for 5 years in accordance with legal and tax requirements.

• Technical data (cookies, logs) are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against :

• accidental loss,

• unauthorized access,

• disclosure,

• unauthorized modification or destruction.
