OunTravela is first and foremost a travel philosophy around which we wish to gather a community of travellers in search of adventure, discovery and exploration. Our work is intended for outdoor, motorcycle, 4×4 enthusiasts or simply travellers wishing to discover a new way to travel to original destinations. Here is a reminder of what OunTravela offers:

Articles, maps, itinerary suggestions, practical advice (equipment, health, mechanics, …) to organize your trip autonomously.
A publishing house
Illustrated road-books with a detailed cartography of the best 4×4, motorcycle and cycling off-road routes through a country or a region. As well as a range of outdoor activities (trekking, climbing, canyoning, horse riding…).
Creative content creators

If you are a company or brand in the travel, outdoor, motorcycle or 4×4 world
and you wish to support our adventure book publishing project: we are looking for partners.
“Explore Kyrgyzstan” will be our second book published in paper format and sold in bookshops in France. Spanned from east to west by the Celestial mountains and the famous Silk Road, Kyrgyzstan is a land of contrasts and wild beauty. Nestled at an average altitude of 2,700 m, the country is home to the foothills of the Himalayas. It is the ideal terrain for this adventurous road trip we suggest. The book is scheduled for publication in May 2020. It will offer about twenty-five off-road routes across the country and will be available in English and French. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will send you our partnership file detailing the project and the services we offer.
If you are a passionate traveller, expert or amateur
and you wish to contribute to the writing of a practical sheet on a subject you master (mechanics, equipment, travel advice, etc.), do not hesitate to contact us to discuss it. Our site aims to bring travellers together and allow them to share and exchange their experiences and skills.
