Sie sind 80% Stra\u00dfe und 20% Piste im Sinne von \"off-road\". Es wird daher dringend empfohlen, sie f\u00fcr Reisen mit einem 4x4-Fahrzeug zu \u00e4ndern.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ein sogenannter Gel\u00e4ndereifen, der allgemein als A\/T-Reifen<\/strong> (All-Terrain Tyre) bezeichnet wird, besteht zu 50 % aus Stra\u00dfen- und zu 50 % aus <strong>Pistenreifen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die \"Schlammreifen\", M\/T<\/strong> f\u00fcr Mud Tyre, werden zu 80% auf der Rennstrecke und zu 20% auf der Stra\u00dfe gefahren. Sie haben in der Regel drei Lagen, w\u00e4hrend A\/T-Reifen nur zwei Lagen haben. Die Lagen sind Schichten aus Kevlar-, Nylon- oder Polyestergewebe, die die gesamte Karkasse bedecken.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr Reisen werden nur Reifen des Typs A\/T und M\/T empfohlen. Neben dem Vorteil der Falten hat der M\/T-Reifen gro\u00dfe Stollen, die den Schlamm besser ableiten, besser auf Felsen greifen und keinen Schotter festsetzen. Es stimmt, dass er auf der Stra\u00dfe lauter ist und dass seine Stollen beim Bremsen und in Kurven auf der Stra\u00dfe ein Nachteil sind. Die Flanken sind besser gesch\u00fctzt, was das Risiko von Reifenpannen verringert. Auch wenn die Spikes des M\/T kein echter Vorteil sind, wird er wegen seiner drei Lagen und der robusten Seitenw\u00e4nde dennoch f\u00fcr Fahrten bei sehr niedrigem Luftdruck gew\u00e4hlt werden. In der Tat neigen die Spikes dazu, sich in den Sand \"einzugraben\". Denken Sie daran, dass sich unsere Ratschl\u00e4ge an Reisende und nicht an Dakar-Fahrer richten. Wir k\u00f6nnen nicht jeden Abend die Reifen wechseln. Der M\/T-Reifen wird daher auch weiterhin der beste Reifen f\u00fcr alle so genannten Offroad-Gel\u00e4nde sein. Wenn Ihre Routen haupts\u00e4chlich \u00fcber Asphaltstra\u00dfen oder gut gepflegte Pisten f\u00fchren, sollten Sie eher zu A\/T-Reifen mit einer l\u00e4ngeren Lebensdauer tendieren. Wir haben 4 MUD-Reifen gekauft und bisher nichts bereut! 7000 km Piste in Kirgisistan, keine Reifenpannen und vor allem, es geht \u00fcberall durch!    <\/p>\n<p>Der Unterschied im Ger\u00e4uschpegel zwischen A\/T und M\/T ist h\u00f6rbar, aber man gew\u00f6hnt sich schnell daran.
