Fahrregeln in Kirgisistan

Sie sollten auch vorsichtig sein, denn Sie werden oft auf frei herumlaufende Tiere treffen.
Vorsicht, die Polizei ist in den Städten und auf den Hauptstraßen oft präsent! Wenn Sie angehalten werden, zeigen Sie nur die verlangten Papiere vor: in der Regel Ihren Führerschein und die Fahrzeugpapiere (“Autopass”).
Grundsätzlich ist ein internationaler Führerschein oder ein von einem offiziellen Übersetzer ins Russische übersetzter Führerschein vorgeschrieben (erledigen Sie dies in Bischkek vor Ihrer Reise, wenn Sie Zeit haben). In der Praxis hatten wir mit unserem einheimischen Führerschein nie Probleme, aber es kann sein, dass Sie auf einen skrupellosen Beamten stoßen. Die Polizei ist in den letzten Jahren sehr streng geworden, und die Korruption ist sehr präsent.
In Kirgisistan gibt es keine Toleranz für Alkohol am Steuer, also seien Sie vorsichtig mit Ihrem Alkoholkonsum.
Autoversicherung in Kirgisistan
Seit 2018 ist es in Kirgisistan Pflicht, sein Fahrzeug zu versichern.
Mietfahrzeuge sind in der Regel mit einer Versicherung ausgestattet. Sie bietet eine “Collision Damage Waiver”-Versicherung (CDW), die im Falle eines Unfalls einen Teil der Schäden am Mietfahrzeug abdeckt.
Wenn Sie einen Unfall mit einem kirgisischen Fahrer haben, ist es jedoch wichtig zu wissen, dass dieser oft selbst nicht versichert ist und sich außergerichtlich einigt. Je nach Schadenshöhe können Sie die Polizei rufen, um den Unfall festzustellen.

Straßenzustand in Kirgisistan

The Toyota Prado is one of the best all-terrain you can find in Kyrgyzstan. It is powerful and very comfortable! We rented this 4x4 in June 2017 for a 2-week trip and we didn't encounter any problems. Moreover, it is very easy to drive if you have never driven a 4x4 before.

Nous avons roulé environs 4000km dont beaucoup de pistes, avec un Land Cruiser Prado 120 TD, déjà kilométré, mais c’est l’un des véhicules les plus solides du monde. C’est en cas de problème que l’on voit le sérieux d’un loueur. J’ai par maladresse accidenté la porte arrière, au retour nous n’avons payé que la caution de 200$, le reste a été couvert par l’assurance, sans aucun souci. De plus Almaz parle bien anglais et est très sympathique.

My friend and I rented Nick’s Sequoia with rooftop tent and camping equipment for 3 weeks. I can honestly say that without the Sequoia our trip wouldn’t have been what it was! Rented a Toyota Sequoia Platinum with roof tent for 2 weeks. The car was excellent and very suitable for the road conditions in Kyrgyzstan. UAZ Buhanka
Vlad has a fleet of three fully equipped UAZ Buhankas from 2020 and 2021. There are 5 seats and benches for sleeping inside the van. Three people can sleep comfortably inside.
All the following equipment is included in the rental price: camping table, chairs, gas stove, kitchen utensils, electric air compressor, towing strap, jumper cables, tool kit, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, spare tire, USB chargers, extra gas can.
Even though Vlad's vans are brand new, you are never safe from a mechanical problem. Vlad offers 24-hour assistance and all of its vehicles are equipped with a GPS chip.
